Monday thru Friday 9am – 1pm
Ages 3 to 6
All Friends Nature School is a place and play based nature school. We are full nature immersion. No day is ever the same. Each child brings a back pack with lunch, water bottle, and a change of clothes. Snack will be provided by All Friends.
We do not teach children what to think. We want them to have their own experiences and develop their own ideas. And to try those ideas.
Typical Morning –
9:00 drop off at location
9:15-9:30 child directed explorations
9:30-10:00 gather for morning greetings, circle, songs, stories
10:00-10:15 snack
10:15-12:00 adventure, hiking, crafting, exploring, stories
12:00-12:30 lunch
12:30-1:00 good-byes and pick up at the canyon

Students will engage in activities in a variety of locations throughout San Diego such as parks, farms, community gardens, and buildings. Primary locations will include –
